Enjoy the deep warmth of Basalt Volcanic rocks in your relaxing or deep tissue treatment. Ideal in the colder months, this added heat hydrotherapy can enhance blood circulation to specific muscles in a deep tissue treatment or extra relaxation in a full body treatment.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy (RMT)

Cupping Massage Therapy uses silicone or plastic cups in a vacuum motion, lifting the superficial layers of tissue. Cups may be placed static (left in one spot) or dynamically (moved around) for a variety of effects. This can increase circulation by lifting, releasing tight fascia, and influencing lymphatic drainage. In some cases, Cupping can decrease the look of cellulite pockets.
Cupping may leave bruising whether static or dynamic.

A gentle, specialized form of massage therapy designed to support the body’s lymphatic system, helping to reduce fluid retention, support detoxification, and promote immune and circulatory health. Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses light, rhythmic techniques to encourage natural lymph flow and is commonly used for swelling, inflammation, post-surgical care, fatigue, and overall wellness support.

This treatment is provided within the scope of Massage Therapy and may include a brief intake and after-care guidance as part of your session.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy RMT

Gentle Registered Massage Therapy designed to support relaxation, comfort, and healthy development for infants and toddlers. Sessions use light, nurturing touch and always done with a parent or caregiver present. Suitable for common concerns such as muscle tension, digestion, and sleep.

Travelling/In-Home RMT (Massage Therapy)

In-home massage therapy with extra convenience such as during off-hours (week nights after 7:15 PM, Saturdays after 3:00 PM, all day Sunday), during increment weather conditions, or extraneous distance are considered “Premium Conditions” and include a surcharge for service.


Massage therapy treatment at your home or chosen location. May include any variety of Swedish, deep/connective tissue therapy, myofascial release, stretching, aromatherapy, pre-/post-natal, breathing techniques, remedial exercise, etc. within the scope of Massage Therapy.
